Background
Pure Harvest offers customers a great interface for searching and retrieving their sample results, but the biggest customers have had to manage multiple logins to find all their information, and remember which lab they sent a sample to.
These customers often have multiple accounts at a single lab, and have other accounts at other Pure Harvest labs. If a customer has seed for sale in three states, he often sends the sample in to labs at each state. He may use private labs for interim or comparison testing.
Customers with multiple accounts can now set up a single SeedHub master user and enter their existing user and password for each account they control.
Register
To register for a Seedhub Account, go to http://www.seedhub.com and click "Seed Hub Login". Then click the Register link at the bottom of the page. You will be asked to pick a user name, and to enter your email address.
Your user name can be anything you want it to be, as long as it is unique within our system. We will tell you if you pick a user name that is already in use.
A temporary password will be sent to you immediately by e-mail. It should arrive in your mailbox right away. The email will include instructions on how to log in, and how to change your password.
Login
Once you've registered, Click Here to login.
You will be asked to provide your contact information, and then you will be able to enter the user names and passwords for the various accounts that are under your control.
Operation
This screen lets you add labs, and lets you jump from your Seedhub account to other labs.
Search
From SeedHub, you can search all your accounts by Lot Number. The search will return the first 20 hits from each lab. You can see all detail about the sample from the [Detail] link on the right.
