Bulk Certs
From Seed Hub
Contents |
Overview
Seedhub allows you to create bulk certificates controlled by participating Seed Certifying agencies. The Bulk Cert information is accessible to you and to the authorizing agency. This allows you to create bulk certs directly against your inventory, and automates the end-of-year reporting.
Bulk Cert Number
The Bulk Certificate Number is composed of the State, the year, and a sequential count.
The Year changes each February One. This gives users a chance to catch up and enter sales that were made in the previous year.
